Consultation
The cost of the consultation includes any administrative work that can be done within the consultation, such as issuing a prescription or writing a referral letter. Please note that the cost of any medication is made separately by the patient to the pharmacy or dispenser. We can also arrange delivery of medication to your doorstep via our concierge pharmacy service – please discuss with the doctor or reception team. 

Blood Tests
If you and your doctor agree that a blood test is needed, the cost of obtaining the blood sample is separate to the cost of the test, which will be discussed with you by the doctor. 

The blood test fee for drawing the blood is £50. Only bookable via our reception team after a consultation.

Home Visit

We are able to provide home visits in Surrey and the surrounding areas as indicated in the map. If you or your loved one could benefit from seeing a GP within the comfort of your own home, please contact our reception team to discuss your requirements. We are able to see patients that do not fall within our catchment area after discussion with the team. Home Visit requests are subject to clinical triage, location and GP availability.

Home Visits start from £250 – this includes a face-to-face consultation at home for up to 40 minutes with a single patient. The fee includes the GP consultation, examination, providing a prescription and any appropriate administrative work that arises during the consultation.

If parking for the GP is not available / comes at a charge, then this will be invoiced to the patient after the home visit.

Please contact our reception team to discuss your home visit requirements. Urgent and same day home visits can be discussed by contacting the reception team directly.

At Cinnamon Healthcare, we understand that medical administrative tasks can be urgent and essential. We offer a range of services such as providing letters, referral letters, medical insurance forms, fit to fly letters, taxi medicals, visa medicals, pre-employment screening and repeat prescriptions.
